LEWIS DEAN SALES & LETTING, established in 2002 we are a dedicated Sales & Lettings Agency covering Poole & Bournemouth.

Our sales and letting staff are fully trained and familiar with current and emerging legislation on lease compliance and safety requirements to ensure that we offer the best and most up to date advice on all aspects of the residential sales and letting market.

Shaun Fudge – has a wealth of knowledge in the property sector, having trained several estate agents in the past that have gone on to successful careers in agency, he has over 20 years of experience dealing with property sales in the Poole & Bournemouth areas. 

Sarah Fudge MNAEA – has also over 15 years experience of residential sales and lettings gained in the local area and is responsible for the lettings department. As a Governor of Upton Junior School and having grown up in the area she is passionate about her home towns past and future.

Together with our support team we will offer friendly, independent and impartial advice to Buyers,  Sellers,  Landlords, Tenants and Investors seeking to increase their Portfolios.
