Are you thinking of moving home in Poole in 2021 and want to get ready sale but are hesitant about having visitors in your property with Covid being so rife locally?
Virtual property valuations have been around since the first Lockdown in March 2020, nothing obviously beats a real face to face meeting, meeting you and seeing your property for in the flesh, but for now this is a way you can get the ball rolling and can feel safe at the same time. The virtual valuation allows us to see your home using just the camera on your mobile phone or Ipad .tablet. All we need you to do is give us a guided tour around.
How it works
It is really simple. We can connect with you via Facebook Messenger or Zoom using your mobile phone/ tablet or Ipad. We will have a chat and then you can show me around your home, just like you normally would do. I can then give you helpful advice on how to get your home ready for sale and how to achieve the best price possible
I have access to lots of up to date report systems, comparable information and statistics from properties we have sold in Poole and don't forget I also have 27 years valuing experience in the area. I will then prepare you a report based on your home and the local housing market which will be emailed to you.
